Element Description: Simply put, the power over the explosiveness of objects. If she fires upon a crate of explosives, she can make the resulting explosion twice as powerful or half as power if she so wished to. She could even make it ten times as explosive, but she would be rather weakened by it. She has a stronger, easier effect on things she's touching or is attacking, the closer the better. She can effect the attacks of allies and enemies, as well, but not so such a degree, and has no effect upon magic. On the flip side, I should note, she isn't as effected by explosions, as she can absorb the resulting energy and use it to heal herself or power up her own attacks. Any flying debris will hurt her, obviously, but the explosion itself would be healing her at the same time. If she were shot with a gun, the bullet would hurt her, but the energy of the exploding gunpowder would significantly lessen the damage.
Weapon: Turret Arm - It closely resembles a Combine sentry turret, though it's mounted to her left arm, and one of the tripod legs is an extended blade for close combat. It can act one of two ways, a sub-machine gun, firing rapid bursts, and something close to a sniper's rifle, firing one or two shots with greater accuracy. The Turret Arm is equipped with a low-level AI that usually just corrects Cix's aim and follows moving targets to a degree. It also can store information and reacts to voice commands (such as "What was the last known location of the target?" or "How much lime juice do you use for this key lime pie recipe?"), making it quite useful for missions. It speaks in a low male voice.
Background: Cixceral's Somebody, Clarice, was a rebel in City-17, working on the underground railroad. She was manning one of the stations when Heartless attacked her. She defended herself as best she could with an old shotgun, but was quickly overcome. Cix woke soon thereafter on a razor train heading out of the city. Through some miracle she survived the razor train's ample supply of Combine and exploded enough of the track to effectively halt all freight movement for a few weeks, though Cix didn't know that that was a good thing. She had been walking down the still smoldering tracks away from the wreckage when she was approached by an extremely pale woman in black. Definitely an alien, but not like the others... probably. Other: A random fact; when her Turret Arm fires, the flash is blue, the tail of the shot is green, and the projective is yellow, much like her hair. Cix is very young looking, maybe 15-17, but her somebody was 22 at death. She hates coffee and people who put things off to go get a cup. She's likely to shoot you for it. She's a nice girl like that, really. She's not much for conversation or big groups, and only really speaks when spoken to. She can have a bit of a militaristic attitude, but she loosens up when she "likes" the people that are around her. Shockingly enough, she takes jokes well.
